What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Work?

The impact it can have not only on an individual's life, but also on the company and our community.

What Does “Workforce Development” Mean to You Personally?

It means preparing people with the skills and support they need to job search and interview successfully. It means collaborating with employers to understand their needs and finding a way to bridge the gap. Lastly, it means building a great community that is thriving.

Share One Accomplishment, Project, or Moment That Makes You Proud of the Work You Do.

We are meeting people at one of the lowest moments of their lives. When FCWS gives them an opportunity and you see the HOPE in their eyes again—that is an accomplishment.

What Is Your Top Career or Workforce Tip?

Be resilient! Change is okay.

Workforce Partners in Action

I would like to recognize Solid Ground Recovery for their commitment to giving individuals the chance to gain hands-on experience through the TWE program. This opportunity is especially impactful for those who have faced significant gaps in their employment history, helping them rebuild confidence, skills, and pathways to long-term success.
