Resident Advisor Trainee (2147469) 

The Resident Advisor Trainee position is the entry level of work responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the youth residing in a facility that is operated by the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. Community-Based Services Bilingual Case Manager (2147739) 

The Community-Based Services Bilingual Case Manager will provide community-based direct client services including, but not limited to, crisis intervention, intake, information and referral, supportive listening, and safety planning; will conduct client screening and assessment for Heartly House services; facilitate legal advocacy and clinical support as appropriate; and aid in coordinating community resources.  Candidate will also provide education about intimate partner violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse to communities as appropriate; aid in the scheduling and coordination of mindfulness-based practices, holistic therapies, and other activities as appropriate; and much more.

Account Manager (2146749) 

Position Summary: 

The Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new locations and interacting with existing customer base by providing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. Conducts email and mail campaigns (aftermarket and dealership) and follows up with current customers to introduce and offer new programs and enhancements to the program. 

Responsibilities/Duties:  

  • Development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. 

  • Evaluation and maintaining the scheduling of client service shift coverage to improve client satisfaction. 

  • Assists in supporting the sales team by generating sales leads with introductions to our product. 

Education, Training, Skills, and Experience: 

  • Associate degree preferred, with coursework in related area, or relevant work experience. 

  • A minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience with working knowledge of print, mail, digital output, USPS, and mailing operations preferred. 

  • PC based computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. 

  • Mathematical and/or accounting proficiency that provides the ability to easily understand the costs and profitability of account relationships and proposed projects.

Intern - Aging & Independence (2147721) 

The student intern (Spring 2025) will assist with the implementation of Dementia Friendly Frederick initiatives across Frederick County for the Division of Aging and Independence.  The intern will receive direction from the Caregiver Support Program staff.  Supervision is received from Director of Resource and Service Navigation.

  • Collaborate with community groups to develop resources and materials to raise awareness about the Dementia Friendly Frederick initiative and other Aging and Independence programs

Job Summary  

  • Serves as an operator for qualifications and validations.  

  • Assists with maintaining laboratory inventory to include but not limited to restocking consumables, regents, and equipment as needed.
