KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES Conduct field surveys of all mechanical spaces to verify that assets are properly identified, clearly labeled, and accurately enter into Maximo. In coordination with the PM Maintenance Coordinator, develop, implement, and oversee asset life cycle maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. Review, input, and update Safety Plans for all assets to ensure compliance with EHS and OSHA policies. Maintain and revise Energy Control Procedures (ECPs) for all applicable assets to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
