Resilient Frederick County (RFC) offers specialized workforce programs for individuals facing barriers to employment, including those in recovery, impacted by the justice system, or building English language skills. These programs provide focused support, tools, and guidance to help participants prepare for and succeed in the workplace.

RFC also offers resources for employers to raise awareness, build inclusive practices, and support the hiring and retention of individuals from these populations.
