Frederick County Workforce Services to Host Childcare & Youth Services Job Fair

June 11 Event Aims to Strengthen Local Childcare Workforce

FREDERICK, MD – Frederick County Workforce Services (FCWS) is excited to announce a Childcare & Youth Services Job Fair on Wednesday, June 11, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at its office located at 200 Monroe Avenue, Frederick, MD. This free event supports the Frederick County Child Care Initiative and is designed to connect job seekers with employers in the childcare and youth services fields.

For Employers

Licensed daycare centers, before- and after-school programs, summer camps, and school-based youth programs are invited to host a table and showcase current job openings. The event is an opportunity to meet passionate candidates who are ready to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and families.

A special preview hour from 9:00 to 10:00 am will be reserved for job seekers who are currently enrolled in or have recently completed training in child development or education. From 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, the event will be open to all job seekers with an interest in childcare or youth services.

Participation is free, but space is limited.
