As a Machine Operator, you are an integral part of the production team. You will learn to turn on, test, use, and troubleshoot Press Brake, Laser, Powder Coating and other machines. With an eye on safety, you'll ensure the products maintain quality standards and keep your work area clean.

 
 

Production Associate

The Production Associate position at FR Conversions is a member of the Production Team whose primary duties center around the assembly of the production unit (Ambulance). Associates in this category are assigned to a specified assembly station to perform tasks from preparing a vehicle for modification through the assembly process to a completed unit. Production Associates are required to train on multiple assembly stations and will be assigned to stations as required by the production schedule. Some Production Associates may specialize in certain stations or tasks, but all are required to be flexible and trained on multiple stations. This position reports to a Line Supervisor and then to the Plant Manager. Additionally, Jr. Production Associates are frequently assigned to a Sr. Production Associate to assist and train with promotion into a Sr. Associate position as positions become available.

 
 

Welder

The Welding Assembly Associate position at FR Conversions is a member of the Preproduction or Production Team whose primary duties center around the welding specific assembly workstations of the production lines or the Preproduction department. Associates in this category are assigned to a specified workstation to perform tasks from preparing a vehicle for modification through the assembly process with a focus on welding. Welding Assembly Associates are required to train on multiple workstations and will be assigned to stations as required by the production schedule. All Associates are required to be flexible and trained on multiple stations. This position reports to a Line Supervisor and then to the Plant Manager.
