Temporary Work Experience (TWE)
TWE provides short-term, structured placements that allow individuals to build workplace skills while employers assess fit and readiness. Participant wages during the TWE period are covered by FCWS.

OJT supports employers who hire eligible candidates by providing wage reimbursement during a defined training period. This helps offset training costs while employees gain occupation-specific skills.
