Rewriting the Story is a 4-session work readiness program for individuals reentering the workforce after incarceration or with other justice-related barriers. The program builds confidence, strengthens job search skills, and equips you with tools to tell your story in a way that opens doors to employment. The Winter Session runs from December 9 through December 18, 2025.
Program highlights include:
Revising the “Belief” System – confidence building and growth mindset.
Revamping Your Resume – resumes and online applications.
Rewriting Your Story – interview skills and storytelling.
Retention! – identify workplace supports, and personal growth tools.
The application is open from October 15 to November 30, 2025. Seating is limited, and a selection process will determine participants.
