The English Language Learner (ELL) Programs under Resilient Frederick County (RFC) provide workforce support for individuals improving their English skills and resources for employers building inclusive, multilingual workplaces.

Programs include language and workplace communication practice, career navigation support, connections to local education partners, and tools to help employers engage and retain a diverse workforce.

Looking to strengthen your English skills for the workplace? Workplace Words & Ways is a monthly workshop designed for job seekers and employees who are learning English. Sessions are fun, interactive, and focused on real-world communication, U.S. workplace culture, and jobsite vocabulary.

Join us monthly to build confidence, connect with others, and practice English in a supportive environment.
