With 2,000 job seekers using our services each year, we can connect our business customers to a diverse pool of local applicants.
Job Listing Opportunities
The Maryland Workforce Exchange is a unique job listing opportunity that helps businesses promote open positions to local candidates. Over 3,000 businesses currently utilize this no-cost service.
Employ On is another resource our organization promotes to the thousands of job seekers that visit us each year. Because this site contains the largest database of its kind, businesses can reach additional job candidates through Employ On.
Job Fairs
Job fairs are held several times a year at the Business and Employment Center. These exclusive networking events help businesses market their company to job seekers and the community. Visit our current job fair schedule or register online for our next job fair.
Internships/On-the-Job Training Opportunities
Our Business Solutions team can assist you in gaining access to candidates through on-the-job training and internship opportunities.
The Frederick County Workforce Services On-the-Job Training (OJT) program provides businesses with an opportunity to train new hires at a reduced cost.
Our Youth Internship program offers businesses additional help at no additional cost. Interns learn valuable workplace skills, and businesses contribute to the professional development of Frederick County’s future workforce.
