Workforce Services graduates are job-ready

Ten adults, several with tears in their eyes, shared happy stories during an informal graduation ceremony Friday.
They were marking their completion of The Edge, a 50-hour class offered at Frederick County Workforce Services that provides skills identified by employers as requirements for success in the workplace. The participants learn and practice skills and behaviors to find and keep jobs.
