The Youth Council of the Frederick County Workforce Development Board brings community resources together to promote the success of our youth by identifying and addressing barriers to success within the Youth Workforce System. Comprised of area business leaders and youth organizations, the Youth Council ultimately strives to prepare Frederick County youth for the workforce.
