Our Outplacement/Career Transition services not only help your employees with the process of transitioning employment, but they also help your business maintain a positive image in the community while it is undergoing significant changes.
Outplacement/Career Transition services include:
- Onsite consultation with your managers and employees
- Onsite workshops in resume writing, interviewing, networking and more
- Skills assessments of your employees
- Career Counseling
- Access to computers, phones, fax, copier, professional staff and seminars on a variety of topics related to job search and career transitioning
- Up-to-date job listings
- Current Labor Market developments and hiring trends
- Financial aid and retraining at local schools
- Training for remaining personnel (provided by FCC Customized Training in partnership with FCWS)
- Coordination with private outplacement organizations
