Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Driver position. This position will load, unload and deliver products to customer sites as required. Maintain strong customer service and fill in as backup for warehouse and front counter staff as required. Responsibilities may include

• Load, unload and deliver product to customer sites within designated time frames using the shortest routes possible
• Maintain required logs and reports necessary to maintain DOT and company policies relating to safety standards and operation of delivery vehicles, forklifts etc.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving policies. Maintain safe driving practices.
• Safely load and properly block, brace, and secure the cargo.
• Heavy lifting required
• Second warehouse back-up
• Act as the warehouse and/or front counter back up as needed

Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent
• 3 years of previous driving experience (CDL, Box Trucks and Vans)
• Clean MVR
• CDL when required
• Know the area
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid commercial driving license with excellent driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office including Outlook & Excel, Mincron and a scanner

Featured Position: Maintenance Technician

Full-time position – Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is keeping good tenant relations. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests in a timely and proper manner. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Property Manager.

• Locates and repairs roof leaks in all types of roofs including single ply rubber roofs and built up roofs
• Repairs/installs skylights, doors, windows, downspouts, gutters, and locks
• Caulks doors and windows
• Installs wall framing; drywall; patches holes and finishes drywall
• Patches paved areas utilizing cold patching materials
• Repairs and installs sidewalks and other flat concrete surfaces
• Installs, repairs and maintains all components in plumbing systems including, but not limited to, faucets, valves, piping, traps, toilets, sinks and hot water heaters
• Installs, repairs and maintains all HVAC systems including, but not limited to, space heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps, split systems, electric, oil and gas fired heaters
• Perform quarterly inspection and preventative maintenance of HVAC maintenance contracts
• Installs, repairs and maintains all components in building electrical systems including, but not limited to, wiring, lights, switches, breakers, transformers, and outlets
• Respond to on-call emergencies

Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma; secondary and/or trade school desired
• Valid Driver’s License
• HVAC certification preferred
• Ability to perform work in a safe manner
• Knowledge of routine building maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to read and perform arithmetic computations
• Ability to read site plans, schematic drawings, and building plans
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to use power tools
• Must be able to work in all types of weather
• Must be able to set up, take down and climb extension ladders to perform roof work
• Ability to communicate with tenants and to make tenants happy in conjunction with work that is done
• Related experience preferred
• Regular attendance onsite is an essential function of the job

Featured Position: Electrical Engineer I

Seeking candidate to design, document and prepare electrical drawings for Tilt Tray and Cross Belt systems using AutoCAD electrical. Will perform sorter specific calculations for FLA, conductor rail, linear synchronous motor. Design Profibus network, IP Link, 24V DC Chute power distribution network, E-stop network and devices; create cable list and I/O list for Tilt Tray and Cross Belt sorter system; create built drawings and cable list after completion of a project; calculate parameters for VFDs for Induction; and program VFDs such as Lenze and Danfoss drives used in Inductions. Will also prepare documentation for Installation team and customers on SharePoint and Dashboard; order parts, create BOM, ECO, placing Sales Order, order tracking and various other duties using Oracle ERP system; create and manage drawing and document revisions using Solidworks document management tool (EPDM); develop installation manuals, test plans and Functional Specification Documents for projects; train and support installation team; and much more.
