Employee Training and Development
Frederick Community College Customized Training in partnership with FCWS provides training services to our business customers. Our training professionals can perform a thorough needs assessment, develop customized curriculum, and evaluate the success of each program. We provide professional workforce training programs that have continually exceeded our customers’ expectations, while educating over 3,000 trainees each year.
