This 50-minute meeting can include a tailored plan for your job search, résumé preparation and critique, transferrable skill development, job search organizational skills, networking strategies, and coaching for interviewing and/or salary negotiation.
To meet with a professional career coach at Frederick County Workforce Services, please enroll in the Maryland Workforce Exchange at www.mwejobs.com and plan to attend an upcoming Orientation session, where you will be assigned to a Career Specialist. To continue this relationship, eligibility is required. Your Career Specialist will be able to assess your eligibility.
